Users of ProDentalDesign will be required to provide personal information in order to establish the mandatory account required of all Users for the purpose of maintaining each web site. ProDentalDesign will not sell or distribute, in any manner, any personal information collected from its Users. This privacy policy only addresses the use and dissemination of information that we collect from our Users and is not applicable to any third party web sites that may exist as links on any ProDentalDesign web sites.

ProDentalDesign. will collect the Name, E-Mail Address, Username and Password in order to establish an account for each User. ProDentalDesign has selected Pay Pal as its online payment vendor and will not directly collect any credit card information to facilitate payment for services.

ProDentalDesign reserves the right to use the Personal Information of Users to send them information about ProDentalDesign and our services. ProDentalDesign reserves the right to contact Users regarding accounts status and changes to the Terms of Use Agreement, this Privacy Policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to Site Users.

ProDentalDesign may contract with one or more third parties to maintain and host the Site. Although ProDentalDesign will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Information and/or the registration data, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. ProDentalDesign will have no liability for disclosure of registration data due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Upon request via e-mail, ProDentalDesign will provide Users with a summary of any of their Personal Information retained by ProDentalDesign. Users may modify, correct, change or update their Personal Information ProDentalDesign will only send Personal Information records to the e-mail address on file for the User name associated with it.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of Jan 1, 2004 ProDentalDesign reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy, or any other ProDentalDesign policy or practice, at any time with reasonable notice to users of the Site. Any changes or updates will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following our posting of a change notice will constitute binding acceptance of those changes.
